Return Policy

Our merchandise is customized on-demand after an order is placed. This is a more sustainable and Eco-conscious approach to custom apparel than which reduces waste and our impact on the environment. As such, customized merchandise is not returnable or refundable for buyer's remorse.

For issues with size and fit, we may exchange the item but please review the product details for size and fit guidance before placing your order. If we ship the wrong size or color, we will exchange your return for the correct item.

We check all items for quality as they are produced and before shipment, but in the exceedingly rare case you receive an item with a flaw, we will work to replace the item if you provide images documenting the issue. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
